1. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna submits that the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed inasmuch as the Backward Class Category Certificate has been accepted and the petitioner is now being treated as Backward Class Category Candidate.

2. In view of the aforesaid the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the candidature of the petitioner is being considered in the Backward Class Category, the petitioner has got no grievance, hence the present writ petition be disposed off.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
