The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 307, 324, 506, 504/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case and no overt act is alleged against the petitioner. As per injury report, injury received by the informant is said to be simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
