However the petitioner was not successful.
2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition
Patna High Court CWJC No.15419 of 2024(5) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the fresh NIT if he is so advised.
