Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2017 after his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Rajesh Paswan.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on TI Parade during investigation nor anything has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is complete now and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11024 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 of the case. Co-accused Rajesh Paswan has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7854 of 2018.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Halsi Police Station Case No. 43 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
