2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 232 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 140(3), 140(4), 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2025. During investigation it has come that the petitioner had seen his daughter with the deceased in a compromising position and thereafter, he assaulted the deceased brutally and killed him. The daughter of the petitioner is a witness of the crime and she has given a statement against the petitioner.

4. From the discussions made above, it appears to be a case of honour killing.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
