2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 124(1), 109(1) and 352(2) of the B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others surrounded the informant and it is alleged that he was being assaulted and acid was thrown on him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is also a counter version of this case and from perusal of Annexure-P/3 it will transpire that the petitioner has also received multiple burn mark probably by acid. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that parties have compromised the case which is transpired from Annexure-P/5. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is a man of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67309 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 15.07.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Benipatti, Madhubani.
