Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner is aged about 65 years. Simple allegation is of commission of assault and abuse. The main allegation is against Pratima Kumari to have sprinkled some powder on the face of the informant which resulted in her subsequent death.

Considering the nature of allegation and age of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8541 of 2018 (2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Baligaon Police Station Case No. 54 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
