The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hayaghat (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 78552 of 2018 vide order dated 15.04.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.05.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65731 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Darbhanga in connection with Hayaghat (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018.
