In compliance of the order dated 19.07.2023, passed in CWJC No.9725 of 2023, the Circle Officer, Biharsharif has passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 18.08.2023 in connection with Encroachment Case No.08 of 2023-24, hence, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of, has stood complied with.

Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to

Patna High Court MJC No.2875 of 2023(3) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 challenge the said order dated 18.08.2023. Liberty so sought is granted.
