The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and there is recovery from the hand pump situated back side of the house of Chhotelal Choudhary.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 295 of 2018.
