2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition to allow them to join their respective Schools as Panchayat Teachers pursuant to appointment letters issued by the Panchayat Teacher Appointment Unit, Gram Panchayat Raj

Patna High Court CWJC No.14854 of 2024 dt.26-09-2024 2/2 Khoragachh, Block Sikti, District Araria, which was issued in compliance of order dated 30.03.2024 of the District Teacher Appellate Authority, Araria.

3. Since the writ petition pertains to appointment of Panchayat Teacher pursuant to an order passed by the District Appellate Authority, Araria, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority under the provisions of Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
