The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 632/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467/468/471/406/409/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation of defalcation of college funds, the petitioner can well explain the expenditure but he along with other accused persons have been named in the First Information Report without there being any rationale to the same. Having considered the nature of allegation made in the present First Information Report, let the petitioner in the event
