Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.769 of 2017, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant's minor daughter was kidnapped by all the accused persons for the purpose of marriage with Zakir Ansari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl was recovered and she had gone with one Zakir Ansari and she has not named this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the girl was minor, 14 years of age only but there is no allegation levelled by the girl against this petitioner.

No.10345 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Aklakh Ansari @ Ekhlakah Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.769 of 2017.
