2. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner vide order dated 25.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11879 of 2024 was rejected by this Court.

3. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the informant submits that trial is on progress and he submits that two prosecution witnesses have already been examined by the learned trial court.

4. Hence, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby again rejected.
