1. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the order passed by the D.R.T. has been challenged before the D.R.A.T. Allahabad and the interim order has been passed by the D.R.A.T. restraining all the parties to maintain status quo.

2. In view thereof, the present writ petition filed by the Bank asking the State to get the property evicted, and to give the possession of the property has become infructuous. Any orders passed by the D.R.A.T. would be completely independent of the pendency of this writ petition.
