JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) Issuance of an order, direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to consider the candidature of the Petitioner for the post of Sahayak Urdu Anuwadak conducted by the respondent selection commission; and to declare the petitioner as genuine and successful candidate in the process of selection.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
