Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Ranjeet Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7389 of 2018 (Annexure-3). The investigation is already complete now.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16376 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) Police Station Case No. 285 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
