The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Dagaruwa P.S. Case No.155 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that altogether 19 accused persons have assaulted the informant, but so far as this petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation of committing any overt act against him.

Learned counsel for the State is present and does not dispute the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4943 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnia in connection with Dagaruwa P.S. Case No.155 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
