2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 103, 238 r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., on 03.12.2024, these two petitioners strangulated, Sabera Kumari to death.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence much less as alleged by the prosecution and the case of the prosecution is false, fabricated and has been lodged with ulterior motive. There is inordinate delay of three days without

There is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence and merely on the basis of suspicion, the informant has implicated the petitioners just for settling personal vendetta. The petitioners are husband and wife having lean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific and direct accusation against the petitioners of committing murder of Sabera Kumari and to disappear the evidence, both of them disposed of her dead body without informing the informant.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the specific and direct accusation against the petitioners, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
