JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in view of the fact that the admitted dues have already been paid to the petitioner herein, however, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum/Deputy Development Commissioner, Begusarai for grant of interest on the delayed payment.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
