2. Considering the submission and as the F.I.R. was lodged immediately after implementation of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the format of F.I.R. could not be corrected to the extent indicating section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is pointed out that same has no bearing over the merit of the case.

3. In view of the aforesaid, provisional bail as granted to the petitioner by one of the learned coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.10.2024, is hereby confirmed with same bailor and bonds and also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70481 of 2024(4) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 with the condition, if any, imposed thereof.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
