Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya Banjariya PS Case No.663 of 2017, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that suspicion is raised against the accused persons of killing grandson of the informant as they had quarreled with the deceased 10-12 days back and had threatened of dire consequences.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as another co-accused Ajay Sah has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.13514 of 2018 on 09.03.2018 and also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23796 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 submits that there is no other material against the petitioner except his confessional statement and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sadare Alam @ Sadare Azam @ Andwa is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya Banjariya PS Case No.663 of 2017.
