Since the post of Anganbari Sevika is not a permanent appointment under the State but is a hiring on contract for a limited period of time on a fixed remuneration, the learned Single Judge refused to exercise jurisdiction or discretion in the given facts. This

The appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
