Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2017. Petitioner was never put on TI Parade during investigation nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Supan Sardar before the police while he was in custody. Further submission is that investigation is complete now and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.8301 of 2018 (3) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patna Triveniganj Police Station Case No. 345 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
