2. It appears from perusal of Annexure-P/1 that the Circle Officer, Aurangabad has written a letter to the Block Panchayati Raj Officer, Aurangabad mentioning that over some part of the land appertaining to Thana No. 570 Khata No. 120 Khesara No. 968 total area of 7.54 acres which has been entered

Patna High Court CWJC No.15490 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 in the revenue records as Perti kadim as well as Plot No. 537, the nature of which, has not been mentioned in the revenue records, were identified for construction of the Panchayat Bhavan.

3. The petitioner's grievance is that the land which was identified by the State is suitable for construction of the building of the Panchayat Bhavan but due to some reason, the construction of the building is being delayed.

4. The District Magistrate, Aurangabad is directed to look into the matter and expedite it.

5. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
