2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Simri Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 dated 16.02.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 384, 379, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the allegation levelled against this petitioner in the FIR are totally false and the same have been levelled at the instance of the Managing Director of the petitioner's company, though the petitioner received the alleged amount of Rs. 40,000/- from loanee Juli Devi but out of that amount, Rs. 12,800/- was immediately transferred by the petitioner on the mobile No. 8444889629 of the Managing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70589 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 Director via. Phone Pay and the rest part of the received money was transferred by him to the Branch Manager/informant, in fact the informant was interested in making some monetary transaction with this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as the nature of allegation coupled with fair and clean antecedent of this petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Simri Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
