The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kako P.S.Case No.76 of 2017 registered under Sections147, 148, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Chawkidar is the informant in this case. The informant alleged that the petitioners and many others blocked the road and they were raising slogans against the administration. The administration gave assurance for recovery of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 55 persons have been named in the F.I.R. for mining sands. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1, Danapur, Bihta P.S.Case No.520 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
