JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. For issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus, Commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to remove the encroachment made over the Government Land by some persons near the road leading to Mehi Ashram inasmuch as despite the order of the Subdivisional Officer and the Circle officer, encroached land has not been vacated by the local residents."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Saharsa for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
