Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj PS Case No. 408 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that this petitioner and others assaulted with deadly weapon to the informant and his son. The specific allegation against this petitioner is that he shot arrow and assaulted with sword to the informant and his son. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are agnates and due to land dispute petitioner has falsely been implicated.

As one of the corresponding injury said to be caused by petitioner by arrow, though not on vital part of the body, but appears grievous

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53115 of 2017 (2) dt.13-11-2017 in nature; so the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may surrender and seek regular bail, which shall be considered on merits without being prejudiced by the present order of this Court.
