Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged, on recovery of dead body of the son of the informant, against unknown. Co-accusedAnurag Kumar @ Anurag Kumar Yadav has already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 58178 of 2019. Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.
