JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-09-2018 After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the University for redressal of his grievances, if otherwise maintainable in law before the University.
In case the petitioner approaches the University, the University is expected to decide the claim in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
