1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxan Town P.S. Case No. 356 of 2023 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. There is specific allegation against co-accused Shashi Pandey and Golu Pandey.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67804 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 356 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
