The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 307/2019 registered under Section 341,323,498(A),504,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torturing of informant at the hands of her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and compelling her to left the matrimonial

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the informant Najiya Praveen is the wife of Md. Istekhar Alam, son of petitioner no.1 and 2. All the five petitioners who are in-laws have falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sherghati in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 307/2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
