It has been stated accordingly that construction work of Panjwara Police Station has been completely stopped at the place near the Rajya Samposhit Ucch

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the land, which was being used as a playground by the students of the said school, has been occupied by partly constructed building and though the work of construction has been stopped, the presence of such structure is causing hindrance for the students playing in the playground. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as noted above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Banka to ensure that all unnecessary structures are removed from the said playground in consultation with the school authorities, keeping in mind the best interest of the institution.
