2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by criminals. The suspicion has been raised against the petitioner because of land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 04.05.2023.

5. Considering the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioners, therefore, this application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69392 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2023.

7. The petitioners will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
