Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Amarpur (Phuli Dumar) P.S. Case No.357 of 2016, registered under Sections 147/148/149/302/506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that accused persons due to previous enmity shot dead the deceased and the allegation against this petitioner is that he also shot at the deceased in his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to previous enmity, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 20.09.2017; whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that there is specific

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Amarpur (Phuli Dumar) P.S. Case No.357 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No.2443 of 2016, pending in the court of learned CJM, Banka.
