2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 337 of 2025, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 37.815 litres of illicit liquor along with articles used for making liquor have been recovered from the house of Kush Chaudhary, Kameshwar Choudhary and Chhotelal Chaudhary. Petitioner is wife of Kush Chaudhary.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion being the wife of Kush Chaudhary. Petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69986 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 was not present at the place of occurrence. Due to village politics her name has been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. There is no independent witness to the seizure-list. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent. She undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the Petitioner, above-named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge- 2nd, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 337 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J.) rakhi/- U T
