2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita . 3 . The prosecution case , in brief, is that informant namely , Vishehwar Sah alleged that on 11.05.2025 at about 6 AM, when he went to rouse his son from sleep, he discovered him lying dead with his throat brutally slit. It is further alleged that prior to alleged occurrence , co-accused Chintu Mahto had menacingly threatened son of informant with dire and fatal

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence . Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner on the basis of previous enmity . Informant has not disclosed any source or information as to how he came to know that this petitioner was involved in the present occurrence . It is further submitted that specific allegation of killing the deceased is against Chintu Kumar. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.05.2025 . Chargesheet has already been submitted. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 74734 of 2025 .
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, materials available on record, period of custody , clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class Begusarai in connection with
