JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Siwan (Town) P.S.Case No. 421 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 364A, 365 and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's little son was kidnapped by unknown persons for ransom though demand was not fulfilled he was done to death.
Submission is that only material transpires against this petitioner is that ransom call was made from the SIM, which was in his name but was got issued by a co-villager by forging his signature.
Having considered the allegation and nature of offence that ransom call was made from the SIM issued to the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused.
