JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jaynagar P. S. Case No. 426 of 2018, disclosing offence under Section 379 of IPC.

Allegation of theft of motorcycle by some miscreants and later on accused persons were arrested and they have disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of the co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing
