Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioners and others were allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16751 of 2017. However, the petitioners were arrested in this case. Hence, this application for regular bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4463 of 2018 (2) dt.29-01-2018 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kurtha Police Station Case No. 81 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
