JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 13-12-2024 The petitioner has filed the instant contempt petition alleging non-compliance of the order dated 25th July, 2024, passed by this Court in I.A. No. 01 of 2024 (C.W.J.C. No. 10425 of 2023).

2. In I.A. No. 01 of 2024, the petitioner prayed for his transfer from one place to other, due to illness of his Mother.

3. The petitioner was directed to submit a

Patna High Court MJC No.3366 of 2024(3) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 representation before the concerned Authority and the concerned Authority was directed to dispose of the representation in accordance with law.

4. The petitioner submit a representation and it was considered and rejected vide order dated 30th August, 2024 by the Director, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Urdu Directorate.

5. Since an order is passed on the basis of representation filed by the petitioner, I do not find any reason for filing of contempt against the aforesaid order passed in I.A. No. 01 of 2024 (C.W.J.C. No. 10425 of 2023).

6. The application for contempt is accordingly dismissed.
