The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No.839 of 2017, arising out of Barbigha (Misson O.P.) P.S. Case No.630 of 2017, a case under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 80 liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of this petitioner. On the same day the petitioner was also implicated in three cases which has been stated in para-3 of the petition. Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2017. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5936 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 P2/ the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
