The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 784 of 2016 registered for the offences under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I. Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the parties that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation in terms of agreement arrived between them. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75288 of 2019(5) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 784 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
