2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this bail application to surrender and prayer for regular bail.

3. If the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below will consider his application without being prejudiced by the fact that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner is permitted to be withdrawn.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court. While considering the bail of the petitioner, the aforesaid submission of the petitioner shall also be considered.
