JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 This petition has been preferred for restoration of Civil Revision No. 145 of 2014 which stood dismissed for default on 18.05.2017 against the opposite parties nos. 1 to 5 of that civil revision as the peremptory order of this Court was not complied with.

On the ground mentioned in the petition, this Civil Revision no. 145 of 2014 is restored in respect of opposite parties nos. 1 to 5 of that Civil Revision, subject to condition that the petitioner shall comply with the peremptory order passed in C.R.No. 145 of 2014 within two weeks, failing which this Civil Revision No. 145 of 2014 shall be treated to be dismissed as against the opposite parties no. 1 to 5 of that Civil Revision. In the aforesaid manner, this petition stands disposed of.
