2. The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner has not been paid pension though he has retired long back in the year 2017 from the post of routine clerk from L.N. College, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali, which is a constituent unit of the Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

3. Considering the relief sought for in the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.15048 of 2023 dt.06-11-2023 2/2 writ petition which relates to retiral benefits and fixation of pension, the Registrar of the Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, is directed to forthwith fix the pension of the petitioner and ensure payment within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order without fail.

4. In case, any of the authority concerned does not abide by this order within the time, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the concerned authority.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
