JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.24606 of 2017 with direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail if trial is not concluded. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2016 and trial has not been concluded as yet.

Having heard both sides and on perusal of report it appears that four witnesses have been examined in this case learned trial court has sought three months further time to

No.9363 of 2018 (3) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 conclude the trial, this application is disposed of with a direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a further period of three months. If trial is not concluded within the said period, petitioner shall be released by the trial court on bail to its own satisfaction.
