Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 411, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the Verandah of the house of the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20622 of 2018 (2) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 968 of 2016 arising out of Barauli Police Station Case No. 155 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
