The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 386, 435, 504, 506, 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of C.L.A. Act. Allegedly, while the informant was digging pond with JCB, the accused persons came there and demanded levy. It is also alleged that the accused persons slapped the informant and snatched away his mobile.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. General and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68320 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2017.
